Katy has extensive experience encompassing both political and corporate campaigns globally, and has spent significant time in Sub-Saharan Africa, notably Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Zambia and South Africa working on campaigns whilst at SABI Strategy.
She is skilled at crafting media content, advising clients on both UK and African political dynamics and offering strategic stakeholder engagements across corporate sectors. And with a keen interest in multimedia communications she uses web design, social media, podcast and video production to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
In addition, Katy has a strong focus on conservation and social development, working with a number of our clients on the development or expansion of their not-for-profit endeavours. Notably she took part in the UN’s ongoing Convention on Biodiversity negotiations, acting as a facilitator and panel leader at the Africa Regional Workshop at the African Union.
Most recently Katy has worked with the 50:50 Parliament Campaign, supporting the launch of #AskHerToStand Day, which saw all major party leaders publicly back the campaign and led to over 200 women registering their interest in standing for Parliament.
